Development Vision
As one who is passionately dedicated to the cause of bettering young people via education, technology, and entertainment, I am deeply honored to present Hattie Mae and PALS Foundation’s development project Harvest Gardens “Adventures in Learning”.
To build a healthy community, we as developers must collaborate with healthcare providers, hospitals, property owners and public officials to insure the sustainability of our community.
What evidence is there that a theme park will encourage healthy living?” the Foundation has found supporting evidence that parks and recreational facilities not only encourage healthy living but promote a healthy lifestyle for the entire family especially among children.
The EnVision Center is an integrated health and dietary curriculum footpath designed to teach through the eyes of our animated characters.
The characters will teach the children by example based on a program developed by educators from pre-K to 6 grades, dietitians, and medical experts who specialize in pediatric health.

Food Science, STEM and Distance Learning
Hattie Mae and PALS Foundation’s project Harvest Gardens “Adventures in Learning” has developed a unique program that tackles the childhood obesity epidemic by creating a “theme” indoors park that specifically focuses on health, wellness, and nutrition to enhance our young visitors and their parents in seeking out learning tools to promote a healthy lifestyle.
We define “seeking out learning tools” as combating existing sedentary lifestyles, and engaging participants by giving them a broad selection of compelling activities that also provide fun, promote new knowledge, and are designed to increase overall competency.
To the best of our knowledge, no other theme park indoors or outdoors exists in the world like Harvest Gardens, “Adventures in Learning” making us the first, and in a class by itself.
Education and Technology
Our educational and technology design team will work to develop a well-structured footpath which consist of the following:
Develop an educational and technical model to support a sustainable plan that will supply the tools for teaching practical appetite learning skills (PALS) throughout the EnVision Center.
Define an educational and technology prerequisite for planned activities.
Design information on the needs of developing the buildings’ educational and technology assets.
Design a plan that will support the educational and technology applications in combination with required lifecycle refresh needs.
EPIDEMIC OF CHILDHOOD OBESITY
The epidemic of childhood obesity is recognized as one of the leading public health threats of the 21st Century. The economic consequences of this epidemic will diminish the quality of life of millions of children and lead to unsustainable burdens being placed on an already strained health care system.
The epidemic is not simply the end result of poor decisions and unhealthy behaviors at the individual level; it is a symptom of a number of broken systems and increasingly.
In 2023, we developed our programs to help eradicate Childhood Obesity. Harvest Gardens "Adventures in Learning" Developmental Approach to Obesity Prevention includes a focus on three core elements.
Common Factors, Family Factors and Child Factors. These core elements are the backbone of our education program coupled with other teaching tools to educate our visitors. Harvest Gardens Adventure in Learning will include the Children’s Envision Center and Activity Park.
Amusement and Theme Park Designers
Our team believes every incredible experience begins with a great and compelling story.
Our design, engineering, theater, multimedia, and construction professionals will draw on their decades of knowledge to make Harvest Gardens "Adventures in Learning” one of the most exciting adventures for children.
Our design team has aided numerous entertainment and hospitality development initiatives, including Disney, Universal Studio, LEGOLAND, Apple, Amazon, Universal,
DreamWorks, Smithsonian Institution to name a few.
We are very pleased to have such excellent talent to develop Harvest Gardens "Adventures in Learning".
Character Center
Our program is based on our character Hattie Mae and her friends [pals].
Hattie Mae and her [pals] will integrate their modeling of authentic play and dietary choice in all aspects of programing.
Research shows that animated cartoon characters such as brand mascots and licensed media characters are key marketing tools used by food companies to attract children to their products.
Animated characters can be cultivated and used to help a child refine social and critical thinking skills that will support healthy relationships with themselves and others throughout their lives.
Hattie Mae and her PALS will allow students to see how she reacts in a tough situation and how she overcame a personal struggle.
Hattie Mae and her friends, the [pals] characters will model, encourage, and promote wiser and healthier choices in an atmosphere that is fun and engaging.
