Allen Moyer is the Chairman of Corinthian Development Company 

for more than 25 years. 

 Allen D. Moyer has been a creative leader in the development, design, project management and construction of hospitality, retail, commercial and themed entertainment facilities for some of the world’s most recognized brands, including Apple Inc., Sony Corporation and The Walt Disney Company.

Prior to the formation of Corinthian Development Company, Mr. Moyer led Apple’s real estate and development efforts, where he managed a $260 million annual budget and an international portfolio of six million square feet. Mr. Moyer also oversaw the innovative design and construction rollout for the company’s successful launch of the Apple Store retail concept.

As a senior vice president with Sony Corporation, Mr. Moyer helped launch Sony Development and was responsible for the design and build-out of the company’s retail entertainment centers throughout the world, including Sony Metreon in San Francisco, Odaiba, Japan and Berlin, Germany.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Moyer served as a senior vice president with Walt Disney Imagineering, where he was responsible for the development of approximately $3.3 billion of Disney destinations, including the direction of the design and construction efforts for the Euro Disneyland expansion and the initial development of Disney-MGM Studios Europe. 

During his 13-year Disney career, Mr. Moyer also participated in the development of the $90 million Living Seas Pavilion at Epcot Center, the Wonders of Life Pavilion at Epcot, the nighttime entertainment complex Pleasure Island and the 50-acre Typhoon Lagoon, Walt Disney World’s aquatic playground.

Mr. Moyer earned a bachelor’s degree in design with a minor in real estate and land planning from the University of Florida’s School of Architecture, where he was also awarded a Master of Architecture degree.

AIA is the Entertainment market sector lead and Senior Project Manager for Huitt-Zollars in Southern California. She received her Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and has over 30 years of professional experience. 

Ms. Morris is a Vice President with Huitt-Zollars and has served on the board of the Themed Entertainment Association for many years. Recent entertainment project experience while at Huitt-Zollars includes Marvel Land at Disneyland Paris, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland, CA and Walt Disney World Resort, FL., Pandora the World of Avatar, Walt Disney World Resort, FL. Prior to joining Huitt-Zollars, Glen lead design teams for Universal Studios Port Adventura, Spain, Universal Studios Jurassic Park: the Ride, Hollywood, CA, and Universal Studios Universal Citywalk.

Stuart Brown, MD, is a medical doctor, psychiatrist, clinical researcher, and the founder of the National Institute for Play. He speaks regularly to Fortune 500 companies and groups across the US on the importance of play in our lives. The producer of a three-part PBS series, The Promise of Play, he has also appeared on National Public Radio and was featured in a cover story in The New York Times Magazine. 

 Bob Chambers is a 30 year veteran of the “people gathering” business, as a consultant, designer and producer of custom, high-end, permanent attractions for entertainment, theme parks, cultural/heritage, and brand visitor centers around the world.

Mr. Chambers has a particular interest in the cross-pollination between physical experiences and digital experiences. Bob is the Founder and Co-CEO of The Producers Group, LLC – TPG is a creative production firm based in Los Angeles, California established in 2011 that designs and builds attractions for clients in the theme park, casino, museum, and visitor center verticals.  Bob is a member of the International Council of the World Tourism Forum Institute (WTFI), and a member of the International Board of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA).
