PALS

“PALS ” is an acronym for Practical Appetite Learning Skills.  As Hattie Mae and her pals [friends] travel they learn different lessons from what other children and their parents are doing to get healthy. They take these valuable lessons with Hattie Mae and Mama Mae and start a personal Journey to good health.
