Greg Voss, Our Chief Financial Officer is a financial and business professional with over 30 years of experience providing business viability assessments, strategic planning, financial modeling, business valuations and cash flow management. He is the founder of Voss Advisory Group, LLC in Pittsburgh, PA where he helps businesses with management consulting services including assistance with business formation and operational guidance and interim CFO services.
Greg developed the Economic and Valuation Services practice for the Pittsburgh office of one of the Big 4 accounting firms where he provided business valuation services for a variety of Fortune 1000 and private equity clients for such purposes as merger and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, intangible asset valuations, transaction support and corporate governance.
Greg worked for a turnaround management firm providing interim-management of troubled businesses and mergers and acquisitions services for client businesses. He has also worked in the start-up business arena where his experience in financial modeling, cash flow management, business strategy development and business plan creation was integral in helping developing companies grow. Greg is also a former small business owner having been the co-owner of a multi-service commercial and residential security firm.
Greg graduated with a B.A. from Dickinson College and earned a Masters in Public and International Affairs from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Laura Robinson, Our Director of Early Education. Has served in the field of early childhood development as a nutrition advocate where she was a Community Engagement Specialist.
Laura is a passionate educator with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science Education and over a decade of experience in teaching. She has served in the U.S. diplomatic community support, and youth development.
Laura is skilled at designing engaging educational programs, promoting healthy lifestyles, and fostering inclusive environments for children and families. Adept at cross-cultural communication, program development, and student-centered learning, with a strong commitment to advancing childhood education, nutrition awareness, and family wellness.
Laura has experience as a Community Liaison Officer with the U.S. Embassy Astana in Kazakhstan where she partnered with international schools to support the success and wellbeing of American students abroad. She designed and facilitated educational and wellness workshops for families and children in the embassy community. Coordinated cross-cultural learning opportunities that fostered inclusivity, healthy living, and community growth.
Laura served at the U.S. Embassy Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. There she created family-centered programs and community-wide activities to promote engagement and resilience. Collaborated with embassy leadership and external partners to deliver child and family focused events. Acted as an educational resource for families, connecting them to schools and wellness services.
Laura taught at the Family and Consumer Science Teacher in American Fork, Utah. There she taught nutrition, child development, and family wellness as part of a Family and Consumer Science curriculum. Developed lesson plans emphasized healthy food preparations, healthy eating habits and practical life skills. Supported students with IEPs, ensuring inclusive access to education.
She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from Brigham Young University.
Mahboob Chaghtai, Our Director of Accounting is a highly motivated professional managers with extensive experience in banking operations, customer service, and mitigating risk. Mahboob served as an Asst. Vice President, Branch Manager Instore; Asst. Vice President- Business Banking Center and as an Asst. Branch Manager. There he managed the branch in daily operations which included staff supervision, customer service, and sales. Manages operational functions including approving transactions, branch security, internal controls, and bank compliance to protect the bank’s assets, customers, and staff. Detects and reports fraudulent activities and identity impersonation. Supervises, motivates, and coaches bank staff to develop skills, knowledge, and ability to maximize performance potential.
Mahbood owned and operated a Goddard School Franchise where he directed the entire school operation including human resources, quality assurance, management, and account receivable and payable. Recruited, trained, and developed 24 quality staff members. Mahboob for 12 years, served as Merchandise planner for the Navy Exchange Service Command managing an $80mm budget and markdown program worldwide for navy exchange.
